Walking safaris This is a selection of short walks conducted in the nature trails within the Sarova Mara Game Camp compound. The walks center on the unique and exotic bird-life as well as the plant-life that adorns the lodge. There is a selection of long walks done in the nature trails within the greater Mara area along the periphery of the park. The walks center on the wildlife, bird-life, plant-life as well as topography that the Maasai Mara is famous for. The duration of these walks is approximately 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs covering a distance of 9 - 15kms, and includes a packed lunch and game drives enroute to and from the Nature Walk Location.
